The Position
GFMS Metals Consulting is launching a series of forecasting services on the base metals. We are looking to recruit an Economic Analyst to support its expanding ranges of research services that it provides to the base metals and steel industries. The company is part of the GFMS Group, which is the world's leading supplier of market analysis and advice to the precious metals sector.

Ideally candidates should have a background in economics; however more important is the ability to analyse and write concisely about the market developments in a variety of commodity markets. Excellent IT skills are required - particularly Excel and Powerpoint.

The position offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to help develop this expanding business in an informal working environment based in the heart of the West End. The position would suit either a recently qualified graduate with some work experience, particularly in the metals and mining or related fields.

Candidates must have the right to work in the EU.
